Sesame Street Day

My day today was brought to me by the number 5 and the letters OMG!

I got confirmation today that I have won a $5M deal that  have been working on. Had a Gareth Cheeseman moment...




Then tonight I beat my personal best by running the entire lap at the Yas Marina Circuit (5.5KM) . Now, I have not run that kind of distance in over 20 years, so I feel suitably chuffed with one's self, one might say! So in my "couch to 5K" programme I have reached the 5K nearly two weeks early. Thinking about 5k-10k next. Hmmm. Dunno yet.....
