Nachos is a popular Tex-Mex (Texas – Mexican) food which can be a snack, appetizer or even a full dish and it is defined by the ingredients you put in. The simplest is to have nacho chips,cheese sauce and chillies plus chilli con carne, sour cream, shredded lettuce, sour cream, cheese and tomatoes.
Chilli con carne - is a Spanish word for “Chili with meat”.
I'm a big fan of eating nachos while watching a movie - nachos are easy , tasty and generally a big hit as "Titanic". It would have been better off with a can of coke or pepsi, oh - but doesn't sound healthful, munch,munch,munch :-D
