It is one of many banners being hung around Gaza today to mark the launch an "anti-lawlessness and chaos campaign" be organized by the Palestinian Centre for Democracy and Conflict Resolution. Loud-speaker equippped buses have also been driving throughout gaza blasting "just say not to Chaos" themed-music.
